For guidance, please follow the Uniform Ethics Code and NJIT's Supplemental Code of Ethics when acting on behalf of the University.

Welcome to NJIT! At the start of their NJIT employment, all new faculty are required by State ethics regulations to file an Outside Activity Questionnaire, review certain ethics documents, and complete the State’s online ethics training module which are all linked below.
