2.1 Analysis of faculty productivity in strategic research areas to achieve national excellence. 2.2 Gap analysis between the desired financial model and present funding through student fees, tuition, year-end budget balances, and other revenue sources. 2.3. Analysis of research costs and benefits in both STEM and non-STEM areas. 2.4 Develop a space coordination plan that is supported from the operating and capital budgets. 2.5 To support academic investment, develop a financial model that becomes an integral component of a fiscally responsible financial planning model for the university. |
Report Card: Each spring, gap analysis reports will be used to allocate resources to faculty, laboratory, classroom facilities, and other community spaces. |
